Fall 2018 Ladies' Night Application

​

Come join me for a fun evening of glazing ceramic coaster sets!

 

You will choose from a variety of colorful glazes, to decorate a set of 5 coasters with your own unique design. Some of the coasters have a floral texture on them, for simple decorating, and some of the coasters have a flat surface, for more decorating and personalization design options. We will arrange a time for you to pick up your coasters, after they have been glaze-fired and had cork circle bases added on, the following week. The cork circle bases are designed to be slightly larger than the ceramic coasters, to prevent chipping. Their softness and thickness also protects tabletops.

Sign up below to secure your spot! This Ladies' Night may have up to ten ladies in attendance.

Information:

​

  • The Fall 2018 Ladies' Night will be on Friday evening, November 2, 6:00-8:00pm. 

  • This event is at my home studio, located in the north part of Norman, Oklahoma. If this Ladies’ Night is not yet full, I will email you my home studio address. If it is already full, I will let you know in a reply email.

  • The cost is $35, and all supplies are provided.

  • I will provide an optional snack and water. Please feel welcome to bring a snack or drink for yourself or to share.

  • Ladies must be at least 21 years old, due to the possibility of alcoholic beverages. Nursing mothers are welcome to bring their babies.

  • Christy Phelps Art, LLC, reserves the right to cancel Ladies’ Night due to severe weather or other emergencies.

 

By submitting the below form, you are agreeing to the following arrangement:

  • I would like to pay $35 to attend the Fall Ladies’ Night. (A link to an invoice with an option to pay online will be sent to you, or payment in cash/check may be made at the event.)

  • If I am registering other people in addition to myself, I will be financially responsible for their Fall Ladies’ Night, if they do not pay for it themselves.

  • I will be refunded or released from this payment agreement if the class is cancelled.
